How We Manage Your Requests: Keeping Statuses Accurate and Projects on Track

At P2 Automation, we believe transparency goes both ways. That’s why our System Issues module gives you the ability to update task statuses directly from your CRM — helping us stay aligned and ensuring every project stays on track.

How You Can Help Keep Things Accurate:

  • Accept Completed Tasks: Once a task is released and looks good, simply click Accept to confirm it’s complete. The system automatically records who accepted it and when.
  • Reject or Request Modifications: If something needs further attention, click Reject, include your reason, and we’ll be notified immediately to review and reschedule it.
  • Prioritize Urgent Items: Have a request that needs faster turnaround? Use the Prioritize button and provide a reason. Your high-priority items will move up our work queue.
  • Cancel or Complete Tasks: If something is no longer needed—or has been handled internally—just click Cancel or Complete to update us and avoid duplicate work.
