The Friction
Business Process Flows are powerful, but they rely on a person to move a record from stage to stage. Once several departments touch the same record, nobody can say for sure who has the baton.
What It Does
Replaces manual BPF navigation with a visual that reads at a distance. Three display modes: the full path, a compact previous / current / next built for narrow screens, and a single-stage badge.
Who Uses It
Any team where a record crosses departments – orders, cases, projects. Customer Service, Inside Sales, Production, QC, Shipping, and Billing all read the same screen.

The Friction
The same handful of metrics come up in every status meeting — how delinquent is this, how’s the budget looking, are we within target — but they live buried in a field, invisible until someone asks.
What It Does
Green when healthy, yellow when attention is needed, red when it’s a problem. Each card shows a countdown, progress bar, count, currency value, or status flag. Warn and danger thresholds work in either direction, so “too high is bad” and “too low is bad” fields need no separate logic.

Managers who want health at a glance — account, budget, invoicing — without opening a record to check a number.
What’s Included
Stage Indicator answers where is this in its process. Smart KPI answers is this number okay. Neither one asks a user to type a status update, run a report, or ask around. Both controls ship as part of Foundation Tools, included in every P2 Control Layer plan. Not sold separately.
