Our client was looking for a way to track information about each case they were handling (including plaintiffs, legal advisors, and insurers). In addition, the firm needed a way to store and categorize a large amount of paper documents for each case. Because this firm works on contingency, the client also needed a tool for tracking expenses for each case, along with the applicable payout when the case was resolved.
P2 Automation developed a specialized Legal Case Management System with Microsoft Access / SQL Server, along with a direct connection to the document repository. The system also generates data files for Microsoft Word which are used to process mail-merged documents as well as CT court documents.
